We are half way between Victoria and the BC Ferries and the Victoria International Airport. And, 10 minutes to Butchart Gardens. We are a working holly farm during the Christmas season, on five acres and surrounded by trees and forests. But, we are not remote! Within walking or driving distance are restaurants, hiking trails, lakes, golf courses, The Observatory, the ocean, wineries, organic farms and shopping centres that offer all amenities including a walk-in clinic. Our suite is reasonably priced at $90 a night with discounts for weekly and almost half for monthly. A complimentary continental breakfast is included on your first day to give you time to unwind and find your way around the neighborhood. There are many markets and farms for fresh food. We will assist you with directions and recommendations. We are a scent free home! And, our deep well water is delicious! We are semi-retired and do not have animals or children. Hua Hin is a very beautiful resort town in the south of Thailand only 2.5 hours away from Bangkok. It is well known for its beautiful beaches incl.the nearby beaches in Cha Am and Pranburi, and its 5 international golf courses. Hua Hin is a gateway to many other southern beaches of Thailand, like Phuket and Samui. Hua Hin is considered to be one of the safest town to live due to the tight security for the King's Palace located in town. Our home has just been finished and fully furnished tastefully with high end furniture throughout. It is located in a very nice quiet area about 7 km from downtown and only 5 minutes driving away from the beach. The complex is all gated with 24 hours security and surrounded with mountain nearby. It has a nice common fitness club and large clean swimming pool with salt cleaning system without using chlorine. It has about 1665 sq feet total living space and has air conditions in every room of the house. It has a covered car porch for 2 cars parking. It also has a large front porch with outdoor patio set furniture and it has been professionally landscaped with lots of beautiful tropical trees and shrubs. It has two bedrooms,two full bathrooms, very large living room, separate dining area, full european kitchen with stainless steel appliances, storages in and outside the house. The kitchen also has a 3 seated bar counter. The house has a water broiler, so all taps has both luxurious hot/cold water.
